Show your Etsy reviews on your download page
Two blocks for reviews, both built around Etsy. The Reviews block shows what buyers have already said about your shop on Etsy. The Etsy review block gives buyers a simple way to open Etsy when they want to leave a review of their own.
A buyer who has just opened your download page is seeing your work in full, often for the first time. Reading what other Etsy buyers said about your shop at that moment helps them feel sure about the purchase and shows them other listings worth a look.
Pick Up My Files never collects or posts reviews. Reviews stay on Etsy, and both blocks link back to Etsy.
Your Etsy reviews, shown on your download pages
The Reviews block shows your shop's public Etsy reviews on your download pages. Reviews of the product the buyer just bought come first, followed by reviews from the rest of your shop.
Show them as a grid of cards, a carousel, a quote list or a single featured quote. Choose all recent reviews, which is the default, or only reviews with 4 stars and up, or 5 stars. When you filter, the block says so, for example "Selected 5-star reviews from Etsy", so a selection never reads as all of your reviews.
The details you choose to show
Add the review date with "Etsy buyer", the product name linking to its listing on Etsy, and the photo a reviewer shared on Etsy. Reviewer names are never shown. You can also show Etsy's own shop rating for the past year, with a "See all reviews on Etsy" link.
Reviews are labelled as reviews from Etsy, with links back to Etsy. We fetch them with our own Etsy app key, so you do not grant any extra permission, and a review is only shown while it was fetched within the previous 24 hours. The page loads straight away and the reviews fill in without the page jumping.
A simple way to leave a review on Etsy
The Etsy review block shows a title, a short message and five stars captioned "on Etsy". Every star opens the same link: the buyer's Purchases page on Etsy, where they can review their order in the usual way.
Nothing is offered in return, and every star leads to the same place whichever one a buyer taps. If your plan includes delivery analytics, the dashboard counts how often buyers opened Etsy from the block. It counts those opens, not reviews.
