Common questions
Why is billing annual only?
Annual billing lets us offer a lower monthly price than we could on a month-to-month basis. You pay once a year and the service runs continuously. There is no monthly billing option.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing year. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing year.
What happens if I reach my product limit?
Your existing products keep working normally. Adding new ones is blocked until you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit or remove products to make room.
What happens when I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of the billing year you paid for. After that, your data is preserved in read-only mode for 90 days, then permanently deleted. See the Return Policy for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is the trial. It gives you real access to the core delivery setup so you can test it on actual listings before paying anything. There is no time limit on the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available in supported browsers.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educators?
Not at this time. The Free plan is available to everyone and includes the full delivery setup at no cost.
