Yes. The Branded Thank-you PDF is included in Growth and Pro. On Free or Starter you can unlock it once for $19.99: one payment, no subscription, and it stays with your account on any plan.
Template credits let you claim premium templates for your download pages without paying for each one. Starter comes with 1 template credit and Growth with 5, given once when the plan starts rather than every month. Credits do not expire, and a template you claim with a credit stays with your shop on every plan. Pro includes every premium template while you are on Pro, and any premium template you publish a page from while on Pro stays with your shop after you leave. Free templates are available on every plan. The Terms of Use have the details.
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid billing period. A monthly plan runs through its current monthly period; an annual plan runs through its current annual period.
An eligible promotion shows its percentage, duration, discounted amount, and later base renewal during checkout. Promotions do not change plan features or listing limits.
We do not provide refunds or partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law. Review the Return Policy before checkout.
Paid sellers can view invoices and manage payment methods from Billing in the dashboard.
