Once a buyer opens your download page, delivery happens outside Etsy's own screens. Delivery analytics shows you that part of the journey. It covers activity on your Pick Up My Files pages only and does not provide Etsy orders, revenue, fees, or profit.

From visit to download

Compare page visits with download actions and files delivered, and see the trend day by day. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, then narrow it to one listing or one Bundle.

Top listings, top files and top Bundles show which products buyers actually collect. A Bundle's numbers count downloads of its files from any listing that delivers it.

Learn how buyers use your page

See how often buyers open a file preview, look inside a ZIP, read a help tag, search their files or use Select. We count the actions only. Nothing a buyer types is recorded.

If your page has an Etsy review block, the dashboard also counts how often buyers opened Etsy to leave a review. It counts those opens only, not the reviews themselves, which buyers write on Etsy.

A breakdown by device shows whether your buyers are mostly on phones or computers, so you know which layout to check first.

Spot delivery problems early

Visits without a download, stopped links and failed downloads each get their own number, so you know where to look before a buyer has to message you.
