Branded Thank-you PDF for Etsy digital downloads

Most Etsy digital sellers attach a thank-you PDF with a link to their files. Pick Up My Files makes that PDF for you and keeps its link working, so buyers always reach their download page.

Out of the box it uses a clean Pick Up My Files design. The Branded Thank-you PDF lets you replace it with your own, so the first file a buyer opens feels like it came from your shop.

Your look, kept simple

If you have a Brand Kit, your design starts from it: your logo, colours, the closest font and the same button shape as your download pages. Change only what you want.

Choose your Brand Kit logo or any image from your Media Library, a background, heading, text and button colour, one of four fonts and a square, soft or pill button. Write a short heading, a second line, a message and the button label.

The page size and layout stay the same, and the PDF still does one job: one clear button to the buyer's download page. There is no second page to keep up to date.

Readable before it reaches a buyer

Colours that would make text hard to read are flagged as you choose them, and characters your font cannot print are caught before you save. A live preview shows the page, and you can download a sample PDF made exactly as buyers will get it.

Your listings stay in step

New Thank-you PDFs use your design as soon as you save it. Listings whose PDF was made with an older design are listed in one place, so you can regenerate them when it suits you. If you turn the design off, new PDFs go back to the standard design and your saved design is kept.
