This Return & Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through Pick Up My Files (pickupmyfiles.com), operated by MentisLeap LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Pick Up My Files is a digital SaaS platform. We do not sell physical goods. “Returns” in the context of our service means cancellation of your subscription.
What We Sell
Pick Up My Files offers a permanent Free tier and paid subscription plans (“Paid Plans”) billed annually. Prices are displayed as a monthly equivalent for clarity, but all Paid Plans are billed as a single annual charge. Paid Plans unlock additional features, higher product limits, and premium capabilities as described on our Pricing page.
There is no free trial. You may use the Free tier indefinitely before deciding to subscribe to a Paid Plan.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section in your account settings or by contacting us at support@pickupmyfiles.com.
When you cancel, your subscription is not terminated immediately. You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current annual term.
No action is required from you during this remaining period — everything works exactly as before.
Refund Policy
Pick Up My Files does not offer refunds.
- Monthly subscriptions: no refunds are issued for any portion of a monthly billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your service continues to the end of the current month
- Annual subscriptions: annual plans are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused months within an annual term. Your service continues to the end of the paid year
Because we offer a permanent Free tier with no time limit, you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a Paid Plan. This is why we do not offer refunds or a time-limited free trial.
What Happens After Your Subscription Ends
Once your paid period ends after cancellation, a 30-day grace period begins. During this grace period:
- Your download pages continue to serve your buyers with full functionality
- All platform features remain available to you
- We send you three email reminders (at grace start, approximately day 14, and approximately day 25) with the exact date service will end and the number of products affected
After the 30-day grace period:
- Affected download pages stop serving and display a notice to buyers directing them to contact the seller
- Pick Up My Files removes its branded PDFs from your affected Etsy listings and replaces them with a neutral unbranded notice file, so new buyers do not receive a non-working PDF
- Your account data (pages, settings, files, analytics) is frozen for 90 days. If you resubscribe during this window, everything is restored immediately
- After 90 days, your account data is permanently deleted
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, we retry the charge according to Stripe’s retry schedule. If all retries are exhausted, the 30-day grace period begins automatically. We notify you by email at each failed retry and at the start of the grace period.
You can update your payment method at any time in the Billing section of your account settings to resolve a failed payment before the grace period begins.
Price Changes
We provide at least 30 days’ notice before increasing the price of your active subscription. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before your next renewal.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us at support@pickupmyfiles.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to investigate and resolve billing issues directly.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account at app.pickupmyfiles.com
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel subscription
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
You can also cancel by emailing support@pickupmyfiles.com with the email address associated with your account.
